Chili Cook-Off Results
|
On June 13th, seven gourmet teams
entered NBYC's 2010 Chili Cook-off,
each creating a delicious
concoction! It was a leisurely day,
enjoyed by the participants, tasters
and observers. Shot Gun Chili,
skillfully created by Jack & Barb
Tingley and Jean Hand, was voted
the winner. Start prepping your
recipe for next year's competition
when more prizes are planned
including Best Chili, Most Original
Chili, Best Decorated Booth and
Most Toys Collected.

The Club will NEVER be
Closed to Our Members
|
That's right, during our normal
business hours, you will always have
a place to eat, drink and be merry at
the Yacht Club. Two years ago, the
Board of Governors and Board of
Directors decided the entire Club
could never be rented for a special
event, leaving you, our members,
with no place to eat and relax; either
the Waterfront Bar or the Bayview
Dining Room will always be open for
members. Special events can be
booked in one of these spaces, the
patio or Docksider Room downstairs,
or any combination of rooms as long
as there is a prime space open for
members.
